Creating cultures of belonging and closing belonging gaps is a crucial strategy for every organization that wants to be competitive in the future and retain and engage employees of all backgrounds.
The topic of belonging is more prominent in business than ever been before. Inclusion Solutions is a series of three conversations offering ideas and solutions for creating workplaces for ALL people regardless of their identity.
The third session will highlight the success practices and tactical actions companies can take to increase inclusion for LGBTQ+ employees. Organizations are recognizing the need to support LGBTQ+ employees by creating and championing inclusive culture.
